How do I return a PopSocket or Mount?

We offer full refunds for PopSockets and Mounts that were purchased from and are unopened and unused. Please contact us:

As soon as your returned items get to us we'll issue your refund. Please include your full name or order number somewhere in or on the packaging for quick refund processing!

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased your PopSocket from ANY other location than we will not be able to issue a refund as we don't have your funds in our system!

How long do refunds take?

Once your refund has been processed (and you've received an email confirmation) it can take up to 10 business days for your funds to show in your account. Speed of reimbursement depends on who you bank with.

If you haven't received it within this time, reach out to us to make sure it's been processed fully or contact your bank for further information.
